Tyra Kleen (1874\u20131951) was an artist, spiritualist, and world traveller in the early 20th century. Drawn to occult circles, she developed a symbolist artistic expression. Her determination to challenge societal, religious, and social norms became the driving force behind both her art and her writing.<\/p>\n
Tyra Kleen \u2013 St\u00e4ndigt s\u00f6kande (Forever searching)<\/em>\u00a0is based on the latest research on Tyra Kleen and presents her work in its entirety, including several pieces never before shown.<\/p>\n The exhibition is produced by Norrk\u00f6pings Konstmuseum (Norrk\u00f6ping Art Museum) and draws on the most recent research by Karin Str\u00f6m Lehander, PhD candidate at \u00c5bo Akademi University, Finland.
